Posti, the Finnish postal service, has evolved the concept of " pick-up point " to create BOX: the ideal place to have your online orders delivered.

There are the typical lockers to pick up your parcel and a host of additional services: fitting rooms, clothing repair service, postal service for returns and even a gift-wrapping area. and another for recycling package material.

All this, in addition, in an attractive, comfortable and modern decoration that includes temporary corners of brands with online sales that want to advertise.

With this concept, it is possible to improve the final customer experience, and also provide a better service to Posti's customers -companies that use it as a postal service-.
