What started as a family-run flexitarian restaurant has evolved into an omnichannel healthy food brand: 8 restaurants, ecommerce and sales of its products in supermarkets and specialised shops.
The transformation was not accidental: an innovative spirit and the aim of making healthy food a tasty and attractive option within everyone's reach, led them to invest in 2018 in an I+D+i and production centre where they formulate and produce probiotic drinks, alternative protein products and plant-based cheeses.
In addition, their sustainable philosophy has made them the first catering and healthy food group in Spain to achieve the demanding international B Corp certification.
