The EHLIS Group, the largest hardware distributor in the country, asked KISS Retail to define the strategic concept and design the optimal model of proximity hardware for the Cadena88 buying group.
To create a store concept that would allow its hardware associates to significantly improve their business, providing them with knowledge and retail experience, an attractive brand image, with minimum investment and thus facilitating its implementation.
