Balbisiana was born as a B2B bakery to provide homemade cakes to restaurants. The pandemic forced it to change its business model and become an online bakery with direct delivery to the end consumer. After an impressive success, last December it opened the most desired pastry shop in Madrid.
In addition to the quality of its product and an ideal positioning to its target, what really made it succeed in a short time was its exceptional and intelligent use of Instagram to create branding, promote the product and achieve an emotional bond with customers.
