In its first Amazon Salon, in London, includes augmented reality for the customer to see how different hair colors look before deciding.
The customer can also learn more about a product by simply pointing to it on the shelf; a screen shows its features and even video tutorials. In addition, the customer can scan with their cell phone the QR code of the product on display and purchase it on Amazon, or access any of the other 10,000 products available in the Amazon Beauty Store. Whatever it is bought, it is sent to the customer’s home.
