Why go to a store if you can buy the same product online more comfortably?

The answer of many retailers is usually experiential stores, where the brand is experienced, enjoyed, and in short, an emotional bond between customer and brand is enhanced. It sounds like a high cost and investment and a difficult ROI.

Lego has found a good balance between an experiential store in which to enjoy and a transactional store in which to choose and buy products. It is a very good implementation of the Retailtainment concept: commerce + entertainment.
