Challenge
KATIA, the undisputed leader in the manufacture of yarn for needlework and crafts, launches a new line of business: fabrics for DIY clothing sewing.
The company wants to accelerate the growth of KATIA Fabrics, and for this purpose it commissions KISS Retail a project to define the best distribution and international expansion strategy to increase the commercialization of its products in the European and North American markets.

KISS Retail has conducted an international research to identify sector characteristics in each target country, as well as potential distributors, in order to recommend to Katia Fabrics how to grow faster and more efficiently in each specific market or country.
