Analysis of the customer experience and the performance of the mass market perfume shelves of a distribution chain in Spain. Proposal for the new perfume space: assortment, brand mix and visual merchandising, planograms, and visibility actions.
Monitoring the customer experience of several selective perfume brands in the best department stores in several European cities. Strategic recommendations for improvement to create memorable brand experiences and increase the commercial appeal of brands in the centers.
Results
Both projects were a breath of fresh air for the teams of the different Brands that allowed them to innovate and increase the commercial appeal of the points of sale.
The mass-market fragrance project resulted in a new store design for the distributor's entire perfume section, which significantly boosted sales and productivity of the exhibition space.
The selective perfumery project provided the trends and levers to be transformed for an excellent brand experience for the customer, as well as to gain visual impact.
